Luxurious Bird Hunting Lodge
Designed to be a spiritual barn, famous architect Roger Rasbach blended his innovative style with East Texas flair when designing Main Lodge found at our retreat. The luxurious large hunting lodge has over 5,400 square feet with 8 bedrooms that are offset from the main structure. The bedroom wing allows the option of bedrooms that back up to each other to be opened up by connecting doors. This spacious bird hunting lodge is perfect for family vacations allowing parents easy access to their children without having to go outside. All rooms offer en-suite bathrooms and 2 XL full beds in each. Our Main Lodge offers magnificent views of Hawkeye Lake from its great room and includes a sunken bar area typical of a mid-century modern architectural style. A swimming pool and hot tub for Hawkeye guests to enjoy are located off the back porch of the bedroom wing. Our Main Lodge is a short walk from both Upland Hill and Manor Lodges so both can be used as a spillover for those bigger groups spending time at Hawkeye.
